Micromax Service Center not repairing my Mobile since 1 month

I have bought a Micromax Canvas mobile in Nov 2013. “Touch” keys of my mobile were not working from Jul 2014 which I have submitted to the Micromax Service Center located at Ameerpet, Hyderabad on 8-Aug-2014. I was told that my mobile is still in Warranty so my device has been accepted to replace the Touch pad keys within a week’s time. My job number is 11388640 submitted to Harihara Electronics, SBN Arcade, Opp Green Park Hotel, Hyderabad. As of today, I receive only one response that the “Touch” pads to replace have not yet arrived and hence it will take more time. I believe that they are attending those customers who are out of warranty so that they can make money and ignoring customers like me who will not be paying anything to them. This is disgusting that, they are maintaining a service center which doesn’t have enough stock or couldn’t get the required stock to address customers in warranty. Very poor service, and I suggest not to buy Micromax mobiles because I saw a lot of customers forming the queue with same problem and running after these service centers to get it rectified. Bad part is that, we can’t even throw away these mobiles since they are expensive as well.

Consumer Forum, please do something to these kind of service providers so that they will attend to customers’ complaints with high diligence. Thank you for creating this platform.

    when purchase new handset for micro-max A 110Q(B)11000rs then our hand set in initial time to problem start our touch screen in one tumble mark show( 2 feb2014to till date) but we are visit maximum 10 times in service center but he is never taking well action .so we want don’t purchase any man micro max hand set and want to court case.he is refund our money or provide new hand set.
