I had raised a travel ticket with the GoIBIBO website but unfortunately my booking got aborted. The GOIBIBO team had to refund the amount past one and a half month back. They haven’t refunded the same till now.
I have called the customer care executives almost 15-20 times but they are all helpless. I have literally lost all my patience now.
Every time I call them, they give the same excuse saying the refund has been intiated from their end and the online refund request fails everytime.
Is this the way of handling any customer issues ???
They are playing with me now.
Please advise how to deal with this.
