Regarding Recharge of Rs 199.00

Dear Sir,

I have recharged my no 9594165136 with Rs 199.00 on 31.08.2014. And the Plan is 1.25 GB for 28 days.
Now the date as of 02.09.2014. Plan facility is end. I have talked to customer care, they told to me your plan is end and the plan is only 1.25 MB.
This is really fraud with me, and they don’t do any thing for this problem.

Please take the necessary action regarding IDEA Cellular. That can i know what is happening in the IDEA Cellular.
