complain against NOKIA

Dear Team
I have purchased a new Nokia Lumia 925 in March 2014. While in warranty period the handset has so many problems I had to submit in the customer care for 3 rd time in last 5 months. Now also my mobile is with customer care. Despite of writing complains again again they are not replacing the mobile.

Despite of providing a solution to me they have stopped contacting me. Hence I find a last hope to get my mobile to write to you. I hope this would solve the issue on an early basis
