Please let me know the process of lodging a complain against a jwellery showroom. 2 month ago my daughter went to a jwellery showroom with my wife. My wife suddenly fell on staircase and was seriously injured. My daughter was shocked and didn’t understand what to do. But the staffs of that showroom didn’t take any initiative for my wife’s treatment. They only called a autorichshaw and left two lady alone. I have already spent a lot of money for her treatment. Now I want a compensation from that showroom. Request you to kindly assist.
