Wrong Product delivered

I ordered a Apple Macbook Air for Rs. 56,890 through the online portal Amazon.in on August 27, 2014. The item was supposed to be delivered by their authorised retailer Kida Retail from Pune. The item was delivered to me in Bangalore on August 30. When I opened the package, I saw that the item delivered to me was a Samsung LED Monitor instead of an Apple Macbook Laptop. When I tried to reach Kida Retail, they did not pick up my calls. Then I called Amazon India, and asked them to replace the item with the Laptop that I had ordered. They told me they do not have a replacement policy. That I would need to return the item back, my refund would be given to me in 3-5 working days and then I would need to order the item again. This means, they would be sitting on my money for 10-15 days. Also, I ordered the laptop because I am starting a new job on September 1, 2014 and I was told that I should bring my own laptop. Now I will not have a laptop till atleast September 10, 2014 and it will lead to me suffering in my new job. Also, I Have lost Rs. 56,980 that is with Amazon.in. I would appreciate if your organization could kindly take the matter up and compensate me for my loss of money and compensation for mental harassment and loss of reputation at my new work place.
