My son Shubham Bagadi had took the admission in the Baldev Ram Mirdha Institute of Technology (BMIT) – Sitapura, Jaipur on 11.08.2014 and deposited the admission fee Rs. 14900/- and caution money Rs. 7500/- (Total Rs. 22400/-) along with whole set of original documents required for admissions . Receipt no.51219 dated 11-08-2014 indicating that Rs.14900/- per semister will be charged for whol 4 years B.Tech Programme.
This admission has been processed by me on the basis of email received from the college for the scheme of Direct Admission in RTU colloges.
I cant able to understood their strategy that why the College administration was so eager to join the classroom to my son, at last they able to do so and my son has attended the class on same day of admission i.e.11-08-2014. But the experince of very first day was not so good in the classroom and college campus as described by the appointing authorities named Mr. Manish Jain and Mr. Lalit Saxena.That whole night my son could not sleep and urged me that enviorment of the college is not so healthy as expressed and request me me to withdraw his admission from the BMIT. It was the question of his future/carrier so next day on 12.08.2014, we went to the BMIT college and meet the authorities having name Shri Manish Jain and Mr. Lalit Saxena and requested them to return the original documents which we have deposited on 11.08.2014 at 15.30 PM, but we shocked when both the aforesaid admission authorities has refused to diliver the original documents stating that Institute has despatched our documents on same day i.e. 11-08-2014 to Rajasthan Technical University-Kota. I asked tham how could they do that no one institute has submitted their students documents so early to RTU-Kota then why did they do so.
These documents are very important for us to take admission in the another college. Beside the lst date for Direct admission in RTU affiliaed colleges was 14-08-2014.
We argue them to return the documents along with fee after deduction of registration charges as applicable, on this they became angree on me and their behaviour is suddenly changed and whole administration behav with us just like we have made a serioud offence, they treat us just like we are ceiminal.
Beside we calmly requesting them to give us only in written on their letter head that when they are returning our documents so that on the basis of this we couold be able to approach another institute and request for the admission. At last they give me in writing on a simle plane paper withought college seal that your documents will be returned within Seven working days.
Respected sir after lapse of seven working days my son again went to the Baldev Ram Mirdha College (BMIT) Sitapura- Jaipur for received the original documents and fee but the college administration restrected him to enter in the college campus for 3 to 4 hours and behave of the administration of the college was still rudely. After 3-4 hours they give my son another paper saying that bring this document duly certified with the notery public or Gazetted officer then after we will return documents and caution money only except the fee.
Sir it is my humble request to please do somthing so that this could be remember as a lession for another Institutes which harass the innocent students who came from the rural areas and unable to raise the mishappnings they face day to day.
