I had purchased MTS WiFi data card approx. 14 days back with the guarantee of excellent network and speed.
Firstly my data card was activated after 3 days of purchase though i was given 24 hrs of its activation and after activation when I connected my cellphone the speed was so slow,after that I checked the speed on speedcheck .net where I got the speed of 50 to 70 kbps.
I called at customer care they told me that there is network problem in our area so it will take 4-5 weeks to get solved.
I want to know if they cannot provide proper service or network then why to do so much of advertisement and make fool of customers.
Its my request to them to please take back their data card and refund my money to me as its my hard earned money and I can’t waist my money like this..
