I had charging problem in my handset Karbonn A1 Star after about 5-6 months of purchasing.I went to Karbonn Service Centre in Kota(Rajasthan) for repair and they repaired it and gave it to me the next day I came.It was working good but just after 2-3 days of repairing it was again not charging.Then they again repaired it & gave it to me.Then, again after 3-4 days ,the charging problem came again.They said connector was broken and they charged Rs.150 for it.Then problem came again and again and they charged me 2-3 times.One day they repaired charging and when i used my handset it was charging but it was heating so much that my SD Card was melt…they said that it was my SD Card problem but i tried another SD Card and it was again heating,then they said that they have to send it to Karbonn Company for repairs(which would take about 1 month).When I recieved my handset back after 1 month, everything was looking ok but i realized that my ringer was not working.Then i asked them for it and they said they will order the ringer.I waited but again charging problem came and i asked them for it,they said they will repair ,they also said they repair in this way that it will never break and charged me Rs.350 for it.They also said that i can fix ringer from the other service center in Kota.I went to other service center for ringer,they said it was OUT OF WARRANTY after opening my handset(since gum and clay like thing was there holding the connector).I told them this is done by another Authorized Service Center, so my handset was in warranty.They didn’t agree and i left & came back.Then i again came to that service center and told them they aren’t repairing.They said they already ordered the ringer and it will come(2 months already passed after ordering).My ringer and charging is still not repaired and i want my handset to be replaced with a new one.
