I m Gurpreet Singh. I bought a Moser Hair Clipper Pro online through snapdeal with order no.
2240948674. The Invoice number is 9CD35E/14-15/22752 and invoice date is 10-06-2014.
I have used the product 3 times and it worked smoothly. But now it is making too much noise while using. You have to use ear buds to use this now. As the product comes with warranty of 2 years. I want to invoke my warranty and want the product to be rectified as soon as possible. But the snapdeal had told me that they are only responsible for 7 days and you are out of that period. They told me to take it to Moser Hair Clipper service centre but the company is Germany based and I can’t find service centre in India. I again called them to give me the merchant’s number who sold the product and they assured me to provide the same information via email. But till now I haven’t got the email and when I ask them again they gave me a complain number i.e. 8562820. I am in lot of stress because of them. They won’t give any satisfied answer. I am starting to question the authenticity of the product. They just say I am not authorized person to give this information and when I told them to forward the call to authorized person. They won’t obliged. I want my product rectified or my money returned. Please help me.
