My Spidigo Broadband internet (2Mbps unlimited) is not working since Sunday (17/8/2014). I have sent a complaint mail on their customer care email ID ([email protected]) on Monday. They did not respond on mail so I have registered complaint by calling customer care number. Ticket logged successfully with trouble ticket# 140815182. Customer care officer replied me that they will send their technical person by Wednesday. But nobody showed up till Wednesday evening so i called them to follow-up. They told that they have forwarded complaint to respective person, he should come on Thursday. But even on Thursday nobody came. I called them thrice to follow-up on my trouble but it seems like they don’t care at all. It has been 5 days since my internet is not working. This is the worst service i have ever faced.
