Dear sir,
I have purchased a freeze of electrolux company in 2011. Before 5th of August freezer was not cooling.I have complained in Electrolux customer service regarding cooling problem.They registered my complain but not send any Engineer or technician.I was calling them by phone but every time company was making excuses.I call them so many times,after 12 or 15 days later on 16/08/2014 one technician came in my house and checked my fridge and told me your freezer is not working.He told me that freezer has to be replaced.He has taken this freezer with him for sample and told me that he will come on Tuesday or Wednesday (20/08/2014) with new freezer and replaced with new one.He has taken Rs.1000 from me to purchase new freezer.Now,He is not picking my phone and not giving any response.I call him so many times but no response.I am regularly calling to service center but they are not resolving my problem.So sir I request to interfere in this matter so that my problem could be resolved and fridge start to working.
