Commission not received since last 9 months

Greetings. I am a start-up travel company.

My customer had booked 2 single occupancy rooms for 1 night on 11th November 2013. 15% travel agent commission was agreed with their Sales executive and Sales Director – Ameya Karnad was also marked on that email. Its been nmore than 9 months since my commission payment of rs. 1200 is pending. Every 10 days I followed up with Ameya and he assured that it will be done and finance team is taking time. I followed up numerous times with Finance Controller Sumant Mukherjee and team members like Ganesh Asif Khan, etc but have received no response. You are my last resort. I have email proofs of all the conversations.
