Goibibo

I booked the holiday package from Goibibo # HLD52663166 for nainital @ Hotel Anamika. But, unfortunately these people spoiled my holiday. The pictures showed and details given on their website is fake and the condition of the hotel is worst then pathetic. When i reached their for check in but firstly i found major difficulties to reach the hotel as it was wrong address given in their details. At last i reached the hotel and amazed to see the condition of the hotel and found that i was trapped in web fraud. I called on the helpline no. Of goibibo where i didn’t get a satisfactory reply from the executive. Then, i wrote all this for showing the exact pictures of the hotel and the condition of the deluxe room where everywhere is water seeping and whole mess. I didn’t checked in this hotel and now i want my money to be return at the earliest. Now, the Goibibo team is not ready to refund my payments as per their and their hotel policies. Please look into this and help me into from these frauds….
