Poor service of delivery & Misbehave to customer

This is to inform that, I booked some items to deliver from Agartala, Tripura To Aizawl, Mizoram on 02/08/14. The office staff of GatiKwe told me that it will be delivered within 7 days, but still no delivery. But the fact is that it takes only 2 days(maximum) to reach Aizawl from Agartala by Road and I have already paid Frieght charges. While I try to contact with the office staff from where the items has been delivered, they don’t give full information. they are not supportive to consumers. they are trying to avoid customers problem. I feel like I had been cheated by them.
