I ordered “Bluegape Paris Digital Art Cushions Cover” on 02.08.2014 and the same was delivered on 14.08.2014. The item is not qualitative/Worthy and also having some stitching defect. When I lodged complain I got complain reference No. [Incident:140813-055735 for Order ID OD40802061183 by Flipkart. They also stated that the item will be taken back on 16.08.2014 and later stated that it will be taken back on 19.08.2014. But today 18.08.2014, I received phone call stating that it will not be taken back.
