Please note that I, Mr. Archi Choudhury, an employee of Tata group of companies, wish to bring to your notice that I have purchased XOLO Model No. -A 500 S, latest cellphone handset recently launched by XOLO in the market, on 28.11.13.
I was enjoying a great experience after purchasing it & was proud of my newly acquired Xolo handset over the generally coveted Nokia / Samsung ones as the looks & features were simply astonishing & near excellent look alike within such a reasonable price tag.
However, when I was fondling & trying out the set I observed that there were;
1) Software hanging issue, which is now in frequent.
2) While talking, the other person cannot listen my voice, which is a new illness in the handset.
3) Some dusts inside the camera screen of my A 500 S and increasing day by day and the view from camera is nil.
I being extra cautious, protective & careful about my possessions, got upset over the same.
Immediately I surfed the net & dialled the Tollfree No. as available in your website.1800-30-100-104

My handset was sent to the service center for 2 times which took 15 days each for servicing. I am again facing tremendous amount of problem with the set and in view of the same I was suggested by Mr. Kar to send the set to ASC. The nearest ASC is pretty far away and it is very difficult for me to visit the same time and again.
But now on and off the problem still persist and now again I have to hand-over the handset to the customer service center which is almost 30 kms from my sight. Also requested them to replace my handset immediately.
Now I realized that I should have stuck to Nokia / Samsung ones, where in at least I can be rest assure of any incident reported to them getting immediately taken care by their concerned executives.
This happened to be the very first time that I had opted for some other brand other than the most desired & dependable – Nokia.
Hence I thought of e-mailing you about the bitter post sales – customer service experience with Xolo, which I decided to share with you personally.
The experience with Xolo till date has been extremely disappointing and I feel I am cheated.
Hope you will take proper & prompt action to the above mentioned issue stated & help me tide this mental agony & resolve my problem.
