This is is simple complaint mail I preferred to write you first before I move the consumer court.
This is relating my shipment of Air Way Bill Number M00534479
I regularly kept track of my package on your website, when this morning on 16th August it showed “Out for delivery.” I waited whole day but never received anything. Later today I found that your tracking page said that it was “Delivered” and received by one SDAS. Now, I don’t know who this S Das is, because there is at least no family member of mine with that name. I tried calling your Taratolla office but obviously no one picked up the call.
Finally, I found that the courier delivery boy had actually come, but probably he didn’t even feel the need to come up to my door at 2nd floor. He had very unethically and unprofessionally somehow forcefully plugged in my shipment into my letter box… And again I’m not sure who signed on his papers. And yeah, S Das; neither my security guard knows who is that. Now if this is the way how courier is delivered that too by a reputed concern like DTDC, its indeed a very sorry situation.
Off course the damage to my product is irreversible, and I can’t even blame my dealer. I want ready action to be taken against this, because the next where we meet is the consumer court.
