Central Railway

Hi,

We are paying thousands of rupees for first class train ticket/pass but, unable to board the train due to over crowed, if we hardly board the train we don’t get space at least to stand properly in Mumbai local trains. It is due to railways providing worst service, they have failed to arrange sufficient trains, it is defect in service, due to which number of people die/injuring Please take action on related Indian railway departments and resolve issue.
