I registered my self in this firm for summer training with Registration No. : STP/896334175 on 26th April 2014 for Patna Center. I paid Rs 3150 for the trainig. I contacted the firm regularly as to when training will commence. Mr Mayank (the contact person ) all the time said that the training will begin soon. Finally on 14th june in mid of the summer vacation Network Bulls denied me that they are unable to provide me summer training in patna for which they registered me. At that time i was so frustrated as training a part of my course in the college, I was afraid that i wont be able to do training anywhere. I demanded for refund as the institute was not able to provide me training on 16th june 2104. The network bulls associate named Japneet puri agreed for the refund. I mailed her my bank account details for the refund. after every 7 days i used to call the institute for my refund, they used to assure me that the refund would be done in next 5 days and so on . Each time they used to give the mobile no of another associate (vijendra 7840084901, Brij 7840084929) and say that i would get the refund . finally on 14th august they refunded me an amount of Rs 2700. i dont know why they refunded Rs 450 less ? Firstly i should get my full payment back as the firm was not able to provide me services for which they registered, i did not cancel the registration. If the deduction is under any kind of taxation policy, why should i bear the loss, it was not who demanded the cancellation of the registration, the company wad not able to provide me the services so why am i liable to pay any kind of tax instead i was harassed mentally by making so many calls after registering myself. finally Rs 50 was debited from my account under inter city transaction charge when i received Rs 2700 in my account. why should it be debited from my account ? I want this 50 rs back too. my all together claim is of 450 + 50 = Rs 500. I am a student, it would be very kind if i get my money back as i did not get any service so i should get my full payment back.
I was not provided with any kind of services therefore i should not pay any kind of tax. the firm was not able to provide training at the center i opted from the options given to me. therefore i want my money back + the firm kept my money for 4 months approximately so i want the interest as well as compensation.
