Frustrating me by calling for payment of loan

Dear Sir, Please resolve my problem ”One person from Barclays Bank (Ph. No. +91-9223584249) calling me regularly from four to five days, and he is saying for payment of the loan but i am not taking any loan from any bank. He frustrate me regularly his behave is very wrong. he saying that he will send a notice of court in my office and he is also saying that he will insult me in my office.
