NO REPLY FROM CUSTOMER CARE ON FALSE BILLING

AFTER SEVERAL MAILS AND COMPLAINTS REGARDING MY BILL, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY SATISFYING REPLY FROM CUSTOMER CARE.I ONCE GOT A FEEDBACK OF MY COMPLAINT BUT SINCE IT DOESNT SOLVE MY PROBLEM I HAVE REPLIED THRICE TIME OR MORE AGAINST IT.THEY ARE CHARGING ROAMING PACK CHARGES IN MY PHONE BILL WHEREAS I HAVE ALREADY STOPPED THE SERVICE 3 MONTHS AGO.I WAS UNAWARE OF THE CHARGES FROM PAST 3 BILLS BUT WHEN I GOT TO KNOW IT IN MY LAST BILL 1MONTH AGO I STARTED COMPLAINING REGARDING THE FALSE CHARGES BUT IRRESPECTIVE OF MY COMPLAINTS AND REQUESTS RELIANCE MOBILE HAS ADDED THE ROAMING CHARGES IN THE LATEST AND CURRENT BILL ALSO WHICH IS GENERATED THIS WEEK OR LAST WEEK.WHEN I WAS PAYING MY BILL LAST MONTH I WAS TOLD THAT YOUR COMPLAIN WILL BE RESOLVED AND THE CORRECTIONS WILL BE MADE IN THE NEXT BILL BUT ONLY ONE OUT OF TWO COMPLAINTS HAS BEEN RESOLVED.I HAVE EVEN NOTIFIED RELIANCE MOBILE VIA MAIL THAT I AM COMPLAINING IN CONSUMER FORUM YET I HAVENT GOT ANY REPLY FROM THEIR SIDE.I WOULD LIKE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST RELIANCE MOBILE IN REGARD TO THE ABOVE PROBLEM AND WANT THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY.
