not responding the complaint

Since long i am problem in broadband/fixed line connection . Phone is ringing after interwel of sometime 2hrs sometime 3 hrs on its own. Picking up the craddle it disconnects. Talking to an excicutive no proper response was given. It is too irritating . So please look into the matter. Thank you
