Not Received Product

Dear Team,
This is Shyam Sharma From Bhopal. I have placed an order on Snap Deal . com for a Mobile of Micromax Canvas 2 A120 on 6th of August 2014 and order No. is 2568291898. I got a sms from snapdeal that my order has been delivered on 9th of August 2014. From then I am calling daily 4 to 5 times in a day for complaint that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COURIER but they are neither entertaining me nor cancelling my order and refund my payment. They are continuously saying that your product has been delivered. I asked them to confirm to whom the order has been delivered. Till date they have not confirmed me about the same. They have debited they payment from my credit card on 6th of August 2014. Now they are not ready to refund my payment or provide my order. Kindly do needful.
