I am having issues with the Airtel services provided against my Two postpaid connections as 9566281150 and 9591304009 including Broadband connection as 04443807220.
I have written so many emails but didn’t get any reply till date for the concerns. As well as I had spoken to customer care of Airtel so many times but they have never comeback with any solution or support. I have even written to their Nodal officer but didn’t get any reply from them. All the email written to the following email id as [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. I have mentioned the interaction id also in the email to whom i interacted to share my concern. I have also spoke to their manager but no support. One of the inraction id provided by them was wrong information. I even inquired for the same with them but no support. I have details about my interaction with Airtel INDIA. I was always given commitment from Airtel that they will comeback to me with in 4 hours but never got a call from them. I have spent my so much time to raise this concern and really need to bring in notice to Consumer forum. I have even told and mention in my email that if i won’t get solution, i will complain to Consumer court. Considering all above concerns and issues i decided to take it to Consumer Forum/Court.
