unknown deduction of main acount balance

sir, my number has been blocked by the reliance customer care . they are not giving me the correct information. when I called to customer care for the complain of unknown deduction of my balance then they told me there is a technical problem for which the balance is wrongly charged and they told that they will refund my money within 48 hours but till now I didn’t got my money back after 4 days has been completed. so I requset you to look at this matter. I am facing many problems for this unknown money deduction..thank you
