Bad experience Bharatkshetra Sarees

I had went there to buy some sarees about 10000 during this Diwali to their Bharatkshetra , Dadar East , Mumbai shop but these People don`t allow me to open those saree to check that is there any damages or not in their shop but they told me they check each & every saree properly there is no damage, but it feels very uncommon to me.

I thought might be they check properly. But when I came to home & open that saree there is a lot of damage on those sarees because of their mistake, I had to go there once again by taking my half day leave. And when I went there & ask about the damage they behave so Rudely. Is this the way to behave to your customers. I strongly advise not to go there or buy anything from there & ask your friends not to buy anything.

I told them how can you behave your customer like this they said “we have enough customer we don’t need more”
