MOTO G PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 8 DAYS

Hi Team,

I have ordered Moto-G(16GB) phone on 03-Aug-2014 from BIGOFFERSHOP.COm site. Order ID: 134.

I have received a tracking id 11076578997 mentioning that my product is shipped.

I haven’t received my product yet and they have promissed me to delive the product in 2 working days. Its been nearly 8 days from the day i ordered the phone and i dont see any update.

Their customer care numbers are 05622410022, 012026545008 & 09045055809 which are always switched off and BUSY.

No One picks the phone and is really annoying to order such SHIT ONLINE SITES.

I haver also written emails to [email protected]; [email protected] and to the director [email protected]. NO RESPONSE IS FOUND FROM THEM?

I want your help in getting either my product delivered quickly or to get my entire amount of 10505 to be refunded at the earliest.

PLEASE FILE A SEVERE COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS FRAUD SITE “BIGOFFERSHOP” “http://bigoffershop.com”.

As per Their facebook profile, Director and Owner of the site is Sonam Fauzdar Bhagor (https://www.facebook.com/sonam.fauzdar.7?fref=nf)

Please take severe action against this SHIT COMPANY WHO DOESN”T CARE CUSTOMERS AT ALL..
