Till Date we have not received the Health card of Partha Sarathy Roy (Period: 2014-15) even after repeated requests.
Even last year(2013-14) also we did not receive the Health card of Partha Sarathy Roy.
Further to it please be informed that during the period of 2012-13,We did not get the Reimbursement of post surgery medical expenditure for Jagat Bandhu Roy
