not repalcing compressor within warrenty perod

i have purchae nano car before four year alredy spend 60000 poor service wrong promise adv.at one lakh on road 1.85lackh not proper part .as per their promise we have coplain within four year. today period complite only when their sevice center refusing by saying you are late by one day. we are trying fromm last three month they are not counting that .also we have com.at costmer center before warrnty period comp.they are not countng
