Online Purchased Product not received yet after 35 days

Sir,
I have purchased one Samsung Refridgetor worth of Rs 14250 from Askmebazaar.com online on 01 July 2014 with Order ID EB 104497. Payment is already done through credit card on same day.The delivery of product was required at Bareilly(U.P) pin code 243 002. This order is not received yet at my end, where as it was supposed to be delivered in 7 to 10 working days as per company’s declaration at the time of selling. Now after repeated calling to their Customer care number 04444444444, they are not having any tracking of order. They are just giving silly excuses.The team which know about status of order does not talk with costomers. There is no response from the company as well. I have spent Approx Rs 500 on my mobile to call the within this last 20 days. sir plz do needfull , i m in very much urgent need of refridgetor…i m living with a small baby of 7 months without fridge in such a hot and humid atmosphere..facing a lot of problems at home…please help me to get out of it.. thank you.
