Sony is not replacing my new cell phone.

Hi,

My Sony handset was hanging a lot, I went to the official Sony store in Dehradun to get it checked.

They offered to update the software to resolve the problem, but to my shock, they cracked the screen in the process.

They agreed to change the phone and provide me with a new handset, giving me a letter and a copy of proof for the same.

When i went to collect the new handset, they instead gave me an old handset. It was worn out and in a much worse condition than my original handset.

I have refused to collect this handset and I am stranded without a phone to use for over a three weeks; causing me deep inconvenience.

Please advice, how do I go about dealing with Sony, Dehradun???
