Neither Delivering Product Nor Refunding Money

I have bought a pair of shoes from pumashop.in on July 31, 2014 for the cost of INR4000. I have received the receipt in my email. But mistakenly I have provided wrong address for delivery. So I tried to contact the customer care service of Puma. I have repeatedly sent many mails to the customer care email that is [email protected] and also tried calling countless times to the customer care phone numbers that is 080-40852 319 or 351 or 352 But no one responds.
