I was using Airtel post paid for long time and just in the month of March I have changed the same no: to idea post paid,
After 2 months I.e in the month of may my no: got deactivated because of some unbilled amount of around 300,
So I have cleared and gave these idea people an NOC and my no: got activated,
Now again in the month of July at the end around 27th or 28th my no: got temporarily deactivated I thought it’s because of outstanding amount which I have to pay,
I was busy and went to idea people on August 1st they asked me to get NOC from Airtel again,
I have been to Airtel but they said that everything is clear and no need of anything just ask them to activate,
After that again I have been to idea and said Airtel people are saying me that there is no problem from their end,
Idea people suggested me to visit main head office in hyd,
On 2nd of August I have been to idea head office,
I took token and waited for more than 2 hours and again they said go to Airtel main branch and get NOC,
Airtel head office people have given me my account Clarence details,
Again at idea head office they say that my no: is not mentioned but there is account no:
It was their closing time and they asked me to come on 4th because 3rd was Sunday,
I visited them with my some other billing details which I took from Airtel people on 4th before going to idea,
After reaching there these idea people say me that my no: got permanently deactivated,
And now after doing all these and wasting this much of time I get my no: back after 5 days and that too not a post paid it will be prepaid,
Before 3,4 days of my no: deactivation I have changed my monthly rental plan from 399 to 1299 and I haven’t used it,
I have paid the bill of 2,500
These people ask me for NOC while activation but why can’t they ask check before deactivation with that Airtel people,
I want to take charge on these both Airtel and idea people…….
