I had purchased/ordered a mobile from www.yedeal.com website on 23/06/2014 vide order no – 2056 and the payment made through my State Bank debit card on 23/06/2014 for Rs. 6979.00. The money has been debited from my savings account at the time of order/purchase.
One bill/invoice generated by Yedeal in a supplier namely JIYA TELECOM, Asansol, West Bengal and promised to send the mobile within seven days.But after 6 days on 29/06/2014 without any reason Jiya telecom canceled the order and mailed to me that money will be refunded within 2/3 days or maximum 15 days. Over one month passed my money has not been refunded to my State bank of India account till today(05/08/2014). I send emails to Jiya Telecom and customer support to Yedeal.com but they did not responded till date. 180030000750 is the helpline of Yedeal.com but a recorded massage played every time when I tried to contact them, no one picked up the call.
