Not received refund amount of Rs.3180 after I returned the defective product

I had placed an order for a blue sapphire stone on May 23, 2014 on www.barishh.com and received it in two days via Fedex FEDEX – 770075393937. As I was not satisfied with the quality of the stone I immediately asked for a refund and return. After many days of asking I was finally told to send the stone back and that the money would be refunded to my bank account after they get it. I sent it back by Professional couriers on June 25, 2014 to Mr. Aryan Bello jewels pvt ltd, Shop no-23 MGF MEGACITY MALL MG ROAD GURGAON HARYANA-122001. I have provided my bank details for online transfer.

They confirmed the receipt of the stone and said I will get refund within 3 days. I have repeatedly called and sent reminders to barishh.com and have not got the refund yet.

Now they are not lifting my phone calls or replying to my mail. This company is clearly cheating and duping people. Please do not get duped by them. Name of the contact person Arvind – 9716133323.

    Bello Jewel and Barish.com both are run by a fraudster called Gautam Khorana. They sell fake and imitation gems claiming it to be authentic.

    It pure cheating, when you complain these guys say that you want to malign their name. These trader are dirty people am still waiting for refund for a sapphire purchased 6 months 20 days ago. Now they don’t reply my mail neither take the call.

    NEVER DEAL WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY.
    GOVT. OF INDIA SHOULD TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THESE GUYS.

    Dear Valued Customers, With respect to the complaint of Rs 3180 – we apologize for delay in refund to Ms Sumathi Umapathy. The same was done within 14 days of refund however should have been done in 3 days of refund. We have taken steps to ensure this never happens in future and our 14 days money back policy states the same.

    With respect to complaint of Mr Parul, it seems to be a fraud complaint as we have never received any email with respect to same.

    Had a very harrowing experience with Barishh/ Bellow Jewels. These guys are good until you have paid them after that you keep looking. They apply all kind of means to make sure you are at receiving end.

    I bought an yellow Topaz, not very costly but these guys send me a defective topaz. On my incessant chasing up they replaced it with even worst one, that has a black dent. I am sure no one will like it even for free. I don’t know if this is the usual way of their operation. No amount of pleading or requesting them helps.

    They also cheat people by saying these are negative review by their competitors. I am a customer not seller. I f anyone of you need a documentary proof let me know and I can send that to you. I don’t want to name people but if need be I can do that.

    Pls don’t deal with these guys. If you do your condition will be same as me.

    After initial head butting, these guys cooprated when they listened to my problem. I am hopefull to get the issue resolved with Barishh. com / Bello jewels after assurance from the owner himself that things will be settled in mutually agreeable manner that is acceptable to me as a customer. I like this attitude from Barishh.com

    The owner was apologetic for inconvenience and he even offered to refund my money in case I don’t find the gem acceptable. I will update after things are done.

    Things are getting resolved as promised by Barishh and Bello gems and they have agreed to look into the matter.
    Hopefully there should not be a resolution.

    Hi,

    I had ordered for a reading. They did not respond even after taking money. These people are very irresponsible. Mr Arvind the representative kept telling me it will be done, however it was not done. When I raised a complaint, these guys came up with the reading, however they took the incorrect birth time. I again called Mr. Arvind, he said I will rectify it. It’s been 7 days today. Haven’t received a revert yet. Extremely poor service. They are not even returning my money. Please don’t buy products from here. They are cheaters

    I wanted an 1 khooni neelam when I was looking on internet app called Indian mart next suddenly next day indian mart contacted me and gave me contact number of gautam khurana bello jewels but before I wold contact them they contacted me and said my name is Manish i am talking from bello jewels and asked me have you looking for khooni neelam and then I asked have you got khooni neelam and then he said we have khooni neelam 2 carats for 5000rs I said him to send some images of khooni neelam and he send 3 images from which I selected 1 and he asked for my address and I gave him and he parceled and send me through delivery.com cash on delivery when I got the parcel I gave 5000 to delivery boy and then I opened the package the khooni neelam totally different means fully totally different when i called that Manish he doesn’t respond. First don’t take contact numbers from Indian mart and then don’t by any items from bello jewels

    I bought a 5.25 ratii certified magagascar ruby for Rs 4600 and got very good delivery within 1 day to mumbai. They forgot send my free gift gold plated coin when i order which i got later and now satisfied. highly recommend barishh gems to all.
