I bought a pair of shoes article# 1071111W13 from Woodland Factory Store, Ansal Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad on 11th June 2014. After couple of days of buying I noticed its stitching was getting out and there was some finishing issue as well, after a week (21st June) I took it showroom’s notice and they assured me that it will be repaired. HO no for the same was 3835 and slip no was 122. Shoe was repaired, but not to my satisfactory level. Again after wearing it for some 2-3 days the same stitching problem again came out and I handed it over to Woodland store on 13th July (sent twice for repair within a month of buying it). Slip no for 2nd time repair request was 158.
I happen to receive repaired shoes on 24th July, which I handed over to Woodland factory store located in Ansal Mall Ghaziabad on 13th july for exchange as the stitching and finishing issue was not resolved, however I am again given the repaired shoes and I wore it on Thursday & Friday and next day I saw same stitching was getting out, which was repaired twice before, I again had to drove down for 10 kms from my house to Ansal mall and handed it over to Woodland factory store. Slip no for the exchange request dated 26th july is 197. Yeaterday (7th August) when I called-up showroom, they told me the same pair shoe has been repaired and returned again. I told them I will not take the same pair of show.
Now my humble request you to please exchange this shoe, this is 3rd time in just two months time I had to go to your store, now please understand my pain get it replaced.
Even previously as well, I called up customer care, emailed and pleaded to exchange this defected and unrepairable shoes as I made a biggest mistake by relying on other’s word of mouth, which I am experiencing the other way. Going forward at least I would not recommend anyone to buy Woodland products.
My humble request from such a big and reputed shoe company is that please don’t harass me as I can’t keep on running from my home to your store every week, please get the shoe changed.
