Poor Audio & Video quoality

Dear sir,

Our Videocon d2h Customer number – 124552542.

I’m purchased Videocon d2h on 09.07.2014.

We have facing many problems from the date of purchasing.

After one week of date of purchasing we have facing audio problem.

Continuously i’m told your customer care thru phone, then replace the set top box. (Continuously followed in 10 days.)

Replaced Set top box model – SERVICESTBHD556-B, Serial number – 410614780163000893, Card number – 10151354668.

But replaced set top box video clarity is lower than old Set top box.

Last one week i’m told your customer care thru phone but no response from your end.

Still engineer not attend the video clarity problem.

Kindly arrange replace my old set top box without audio problem or replace same HD555-B box.

Model – HD555-B (3D Set top box).

My old box Serial number – 410514780153067244.

Card number – 10124202184.
