internet not working 27 days

I am siva living in Chennai. Date (7.7.2014) on wards internet is not working i waited for one day that is (8.7.2014).on(9.7.2014) i compliant customer care my compliant number is CNM10001373663. still now internet is not working please solve my issue as soon as possible.now they are asking pay 777.85 .customer care asking money not to solve the solution
