As dated 19/7/2014 had informed him about the broken product which is returned by me but they hadn’t returned that product to Bag it Today Delhi Office & They are not responding for the phone calls & also blocked my no in his mobile Name Mr.Deepak 9891597879.Why they are give customer support id in which I am regularly sending mail regarding that but no reply.
