I hold a MTS ultra datacard connection with the no::8925231579. i made a complaint to the customer care regarding Network problem and weak signal (Complaint no.7934). Again i mailed to them on 26/07/14 regarding this till now no response from them at all. I spoke to the customer care again today (28/07/14). They said that they closed my complaint since Technical Team reported them that i have not attended their call when they tried to contact me. i said that no one contacted me till the date but they replied that this is the report from our Technical side we cannot able to do anything. Again they promised that they will send the Technical person by 6pm today (28/07/14) to convince me, Till now no response and reply from them at all. MTS promises that they are providing speed upto 9.8 Mbps but i get only 160.02kbps at the time i am typing this complaint. Can anyone from the company side will contact me back or else i will be forced to disconnect the line. I am really tired and frustrated to deal with this. The customer care person when i called before lodging the complaint they suggested me to take my laptop along with the datacard connection to work on the road side which was funny to listen. If they could not able to provide the said internet speed why they should advertise like that. Please anyone help me in this regard.
