I have had a Netconnect connection from reliance which i wished to discontinue about 2 months back, So i files a termination request. They said i would be billed for next 7 days, and then i got a bill for Rs. 380.9 which i paid thinking it is of 7 days as promised by company.
After this, Now I again got a bill for Rs. 380.9 , When I inquired about it on customer care, They admitted that i had first discontinued my service but they could’nt process it, Heck! I did not even got a message or email from them saying that they could’nt terminate my connection.
Now this is not my fault that i had not been informed about this fault and this was completely on their own side and hence i am not entitled to pay a penny to them.
Hence, I want to solve this matter with the company and the bill should be withdrawn immidiately since the data usage is 0, Therefore i am not gonna pay any of the money.
