I had ordered XOLO Win Q900S ( windows based mobile ) on Flipkart.com , the online store.Flipkart accepted my order for XOLO Win Q900S & payment process was done successfully. Now,I am in receipt of the mobile on date 26/07/2014 & on opening of the box I came to know that they have sent me XOLO Q900S , android version to me instead of windows based.This is a clear cheat as they have made me fool by not sending me a mobile as per ordered specification.

Bharat ji i am also suffering from same issue. I am given time till today for my problem to be resolved. If its no, i will email them that i am going to take legal action against them both in criminal court as well as consumer forum and i will do it.
