Hi, My name is Sumanta Das and have three active connections with vodafone. Since 25th of July’2014(Friday) i am not able to access internet with one of my postpaid number. Initially I thought this will be a minor problem with network(!!), but the problem is I am able to access internet with my other postpaid number but not for the above the other number. I tried to get in touch with some of the representative to solve this and called on 26th July’2014 at around 11.50 pm, following all the instructions but the first gentleman(I have not asked for his name) picked up the call and listened to all the issues and told me that they are facing technical difficulties with GPRS service. I requested him to connect me with one of their technical department or some one senior executives or manager who can answer to my questions, but that person promised me to connect me with the same but kept me on wait for more than 10 minutes, and then I have disconnected the call and called(on 198) again, next time another gentleman (Moloy Mondal) listened to my problems and when I requested him to connect me with some one senior, he told me that he will try and will not keep me in wait like the first time, but unfortunately it took more than the previous and I disconnected the call and again called and that same gentleman again picked up the call but told me it was not his fault but he other people kept that second call on waiting!!! I am very disappointed with the experience and want to know if we(customer) are bound to get service as per their commitment for 24*7 and why the service provider can not go with their commitments.
