I have already told them that, I have returned the shoe along with the shirt and also sent them an scanned copy, if them zoom the scanned copy they could find it, since it has overwritten ion the same receipt, but I have not received any reply from Shopclues for more than two weeks. When I called the customer care the executive just disconnected the call after hearing my issue.
