Unfair charges levied by Vodafone

I recently bought a Vodafone prepaid sim. It came with a balance of ₹100 and I bought a 3g data pack for ₹249. I have been unfairly charged with ₹75 for “SHOTFORMAT_99_VALUEPACK” and ₹15 for “GPRS Downloads”. The Customer Care Executives have been very unhelpful and they have refused to acknowledge that I didn’t make any downloads from chargeable websites. The only downloads that I’ve made have been from the google playstore using my 1gb internet pack. While surfing the internet I’ve come across many such complaints against Vodafone. I’ve never had such a problem with any other service provider. I request you to take strict action against Vodafone. They have done this to a lot of their customers.
