I am regularly paying the bills for HATWAY cable services. Last 15 days I am facing service problems.
There is now satisfactory responce for AWAAZ Satallite Cable Network.
Person who is collecting the Bill paymnet is not ready to understand the problems and Sevice Providers are not responding to call mentioning it is our of OFFICE hours
Today Service provider has terminated the services, without any notice.
Coincidentally I paid my Last bill be Cheque, but still on the following link pending amount is more 5 times more than the Monthly bill. Please check on – http://bill.hathway.net:7707/oapservice/index.php?r=quickpay/index
Please let us Know following
• what shall be policy to terminate the connection ?
• Is there any requirement for Notice Period ?
• Whether customer shall get Official written confirmation on every bill about dues if any.
• To whom customer shall contact, if he is not getting satisfactory services & problem are getting repeated.
Complaint also launched to Hathway Nodal Officer, since AWAAZ donot have customer complaint CELL
