Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a HUL Pureit Ultima RO + UV Water Purifier from snap deal with product code(3184348773). This was purchased through online booking on 29/06/2014 & payment was made using credit card. But latter on the i changed my mind & refused the order to accept from safexpress courier service on 04/07/2014. This was done by dicsussing with snap deal customer care executive. They told me that if you dont require the product refuse to accept it & as they were unable to cancel the order online since it was dispatched. From that day onwards I have been making calls to customer care of snapdeal for refund, everytime they take the request but no actions till date. It has been almost 20 days but still I am waiting for refund.
Meanwhile my credit card statement has been generated.
So look into the matter & resolve it at the earliest. I am also mentally harassed as I have been calling almost everyday & they always answer the same thing, your request has been taken & we will update you as soon as we will recieve the product back from our courier service.
So it is my request to resolve the issues & I also need the compensation for mental harassment.
