I have applied for a new broadband connection at my place in panipat. Sales person (rohit gaba) called me and told me about various plans of which i opted one( 1249 pm including free router).
Next day i.e 13/7/14 he took all required documents along with one month advance plus security deposit (500) rs 1750 cash. And promised the installation till tuesday i.e 15/7/14.
But nothing happnd till the date . When i called him he made me several excuses and asked me to wait till next day.
But again on the next day i.e 16/7/14 he neither called ne nor the installation began.
I called him several times but he didn’t answered me exactly what’s the matter . I was fooled by him and was totally helpless then.
Then i decided to make complaint to the higher authority , where i had come to know that the tariff promised by the sales person (rohit gaba) is not longer available since 10/7/14.
I was totally cheated by him still no one is taking action against him.
Later on 18/7/14 technition come to my for installation under new scheme (1349 rent pm) withoun my concern . When i complained of this fraud to the senior authority again they did nothing although they compelled me to have this connection with the promise to give some benidits later on. Rather than taking any action against the sales person’s fraud they are just harrasing me only.
Till date neither installation has done nor the amount refunded .
Kindly somebody take action against them.
Advise to all my friends that if opt for airtel then ur life is going to be mess ,so be carefull
