Disconnection of my connection and refund my deposit

Dear Sir/Madam,

This request from my side is for the disconnection of my Reliance Wired Broadband connection. I am Siva Raman from chennai. My Reliance Wired broadband subscriber id : 343288013370.

For past 3 months I am having problem of frequent disconnection, I complainted about this to customer care through email, but none of them have replied to my queries even their applette officer too. Whenever I call to their customer care and waiting for hours nobody pick the call. Last month I have decide to pay partial bill amount of Rs.417/- against Rs.617/- and did the same. Reliance barred my connection. I have raised request to disconnect my connection and refund my deposit amount through letter (I have a acknowledge copy) from Reliance Infocomm, Nungambakkam, Chennai on 14/07/2014, there customer care executive Mr.Karthik, who was a (physically challenged) advice me to pay the arrear of Rs.200/- so that he will wave out my charge for July’14 from my security deposit that I made at the beginning of Rs.1350/- when getting the connection. After making payment of Rs.200/- Mr.Karthik promised that my connetion will work till they disconnect it and my connection will be activated after 30mts. It is now crossed more than 48hours but nothing has happened my connection was till dead and none has came to my home to disconnect my connection, he has fooled me. Reliance train there customer care executive to fool their customers. I saw more than 3 customer quarrling to disconnect their connection at my waiting time. A guy said even after submitting the disconnection letter, Reliance Infocomm was not disconnection his connection and charging him for a month.

Hi guys please be cautious before applying for the Reliance wired broadband connection, there are the pathetic ISP provider as I have ever seen. They should take action against Mr.Karthik, who fooled me and fraudulent in nature.

I need your help, I need my connection to be disconnected immediately. I should be billed for the current month. Please help me. Please share your experience. My mobile no. 9445516360.
